At Essence Care, we offer a range of personalized Homemaker/Personal Care (HPC) services tailored to individual needs and preferences. Our core services include assistance with activities of daily living, personal hygiene support, household tasks, medication reminders, health monitoring, community integration, and supervision. We also provide support in accessing social, recreational, vocational, and cultural activities, encouraging participation in community events, and social inclusion.
Our service hours are flexible, based on individual needs, and may include day, evening, weekend, and overnight support. Essence Care LLC serves individuals with developmental disabilities, providing services within homes, community settings, or other supported environments in Ohio. We are committed to promoting dignity, compassion, inclusion, empowerment, and trust in all our interactions.
Essence Care LLC is committed to maintaining compliance with the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) and Medicaid waiver program requirements. Our leadership team brings decades of experience in direct care, program coordination, and compliance within the developmental disabilities services field. We are dedicated to ethical service delivery, ongoing training, and improving the quality of life for our clients.
